It also allows for quick activation of product licenses, handling license activation, download, maintenance, and task management.

Maintenance

• Weiknow: A 24/7 Q&A service that addresses typical pre-sales and post-sales application scenarios, aiding users in promptly obtaining knowledge on enterprise products and services. Users can effortlessly query maintenance information by entering the serial number (SN) or scanning the QR code on their mobile device for quick renewal consultation and purchase.
• Service Request: Enables users to submit trouble tickets and track their progress.
• Spare Parts Requests: Facilitates online spare parts requests, confirmation of spare parts availability, progress tracking, and returns processing.
• Global Service Hotline: Huawei offers round-the-clock global hotline services to provide swift assistance to users.
• Spareparts: Allows users to check spare part order progress using the order number or SN of the faulty part. Additionally, users can scan QR codes on mobile devices to retrieve product information such as components, maintenance details, and related documents. The feature supports multiple modes including batch scanning, image recognition, and manual input. Scanning results can be conveniently sent to personal emails in bulk.
